Our hotel is 100% non-smoking. Guests caught smoking in the room will be assessed a $250.00 smoking fee.
Do you have an elevator?
No, our motel does not have an elevator. Most of our rooms are on the first or second floor, with just a few located on the third floor.

Yes, Wi-Fi is complimentary.
How close is your hotel to the beach and the boardwalk?
Madison Beach Motel is just one block from the beach and boardwalk.
What is your deposit policy?
A deposit equal to the first night's room and tax is charged at booking. Promotional rates may have different deposit policies.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash. A $150 security deposit is required for cash payments, refundable at check-out if no damages, incidentals, or evictions occur.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 1 day before the arrival date will receive a full refund (if booked directly with the motel). Promotional rates may have slightly different policies.
Can I stay at your property if I am 18 years old?
Yes. Guests under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests under 25 are subject to a refundable security deposit.
